Help with design please...time sensitive

I just can't get enough of these terrific designs. Everyone is just so talented. I found this one on tmorets photobucket, but I notice he hasn't been on his thread in a few weeks. Can someone please help me personalize this one. We are leaving for Disneyland tomorrow. I know, I know, I just keep finding shirts I love.

If I could get these with the name in the ear I would be forever grateful. One with Papa, one with Grams, one with Mom, one with Tanya and one with Trevor.

First - I'm getting a red X and cannot see the design you are wanting.

Second - UNLESS a designer is NO LONGER designing and/or has given express permission -another designer will NOT use/edit/personalize etc.... another designers work. Since tmoret IS still an active designer as far as I know, I doubt you will find any of us who are willing to do this for you.
I'd suggest you ask on tmorets thread, stating that it is a RUSH ---- OR - you find another design that will work for you.

Again, if you do find something else from another designer - make sure you let them know it's a rush and you need it asap - they will IF THEY CAN - get to you to make sure it's done in time!
