Hello fellow members. I have been struggling with whether or not to upgrade to first class for a long leg of our flight. Our flights have been changed a few times but Delta has always booked us back on preferred time. I believe the equipment has changed but not the flight times. Anywhoooose, we are now on Deltas new A321 Neo. This is great. But, now looking at the first class seating I am trying to figure out how this would work out.

The new Neo First class seating would be great for a single business traveler as it has privacy wings at the headrest. But, if you are traveling with someone it looks like they are in the way.

Has anyone used the first class on these new AIrbuses? TIADelta-A321-neo-e1580722766379-916x515.jpg

It wouldn’t bother me too much. My wife and I don’t talk much when flying.

It depends on the person. If you each watch a separate movie then these are fantastic. If you intend to talk the whole flight then not so much.

I guess I am wondering if its isolating because its a long flight. So, if anyone has experience flying in those particular seats, I would love to hear their review.

Sitting on the A321neo right now. The privacy wings give you something to rest your head on but they don’t block you from talking to your seat mate at all.
