Help with couples MUD treatment??

My wife saw a trip report last year about a couples mud treatment at the spa. She really wants to do it but it is not listed on the DCL website. Can anyone tell me about this treatment? Cost, time limit, what's it like, etc. Also how can I reserve this if it's not online?

Another question, The rainforest thing, is this a private experience? Is it something that needs to be reserved ahead of time. It sounds really nice so I think it's definately on the list.

Frank, your wife may be talking about the Rasul bath. It includes mud for you to apply to each other.

Yes you can now book this treatment online. You should book it as soon as you think you might want to do it. Since there is a limited number of treatment times you will get the best pick the faster you book. You can always change or cancel your reservation later if you change you time or mind up until two days before embarkation.

It is available on-line as the Exotic Rausl under the Spa Treatments. You can make a ressie once your cruise is paid in full and if you are concierge it is at 105 days our, CC member 90 days our and first time cruise 75 days out.

The rainforest is not private. It's a series of rooms centered around one relaxation area. In the main area, there are a few heated tile loungers and a waterfall centerpiece in the middle of the room. Off this main area, there are 2 steam rooms, sauna and specialty showers. You can pay for a single visit or purchase a length of stay pass.

My DW and I did the "Mud Thing" once. She loved it and I tolerated it. Don't think I'll do it again.

We have bought week long passes for the Rain Forest on each cruise. I LOVED IT! I especially liked the heated lounge chairs. There were many days that I spent several hours in there. It is a definite good thing.
