Help with choosing ECV company

Hi, I am thinking of ScooterBug, would you mind sharing the problems you had with them? Thank you.
the first scooter had a loose seat and could not be fixed. Felt like I was on my own personal roller coaster (or roller scooter ;-)
The replacement they brought had one of the arms with a giant crack pretty much all the way down it. I tried it out and I guarantee that would have caused small cuts on my arm. I refused that one. The next day they brought one that was okay. Given these problems, I was without a scooter for the first day of my vacation.

I know a lot of people recommend Gold's. I used them on my last trip and did not like them. I had issues with drop off and the guy was really rude and the scooter itself was in bad shape. It looked like it had been through Desert Storm. I didn't think their prices were all that great either.

Wow, I’m REALLY surprised. Are you sure it was Gold Mobility? The scooter we got was very nice/great battery and the two guys dropping off/picking up were very friendly. They were held up in traffic on the pickup day and let me know they were running late. I would definitely use them again.

Yes, it was Gold's Mobility. That's why I was so disappointed because everyone here talks highly of them. I know any company can have a one off and that's probably what happened. Still, Im using Scooterbug next trip in 2 weeks. I've used them once before and everything was really good.
