help with chat?

where can I get help with chat?

For some reason I have to make new accounts every time I go into chat....its bizzare.......there is now a CynJ account - a CynJJ account and finally a CynJJJ account....

am I doing something wrong???

Are you being sure that you click on which chat client you want to use before logging in? It didn't take mine tonight because I forgot to choose. I'm glad to see you made it in though. Sorry I couldn't stay and chat.
