HELP, with car rental in Deer Lake NF

Hi does anyone know of any codes or anything for a car rental in deer lake NF at the airport for july 23 to july 29 the cheapest I can find is 405 with tax!! That is very high for one week with a compact car, help please

There isn't a heck of a lot in Deer Lake. That's probably the only rental place. You could try Corner Brook. It's a little ways up the road and a bit bigger. It's been a while since I was there so my info is a little out of date. Great place though. You'll have a lot of fun. Super nice people!!!!!!!!!!

Nfld is one of the most expensive places to rent a car. There also are a very limited number of agencies thus making it possible for the ones that are there to demand top dollar. You are also going in their peak travel season. If you have a CAA membership, we have something called a hertz prepaid which is a prepaid reservation...you can get them with or without insurance etc. Quite often in NFLD the inclusive fare is your best deal. Hertz also offers other specials/discounts for CAA members, if you are a member check them out. The prepaid can only be done at a CAA office.
