help with calling for ADR's

Hi,

I'm sitting here in Sweden and tried to book my ADR's online but it said the confirmation # that I have on my booking from Dreams, while it recognises me it says that the dates on my booking do not qualify me for extended booking dates, even though I'm at just inside 180 days. Maybe that's it, I need to wait a few more hours until office hours open up there since it's the first day I can make ressies?
I tried to call Disney Dining directly but of course they are still closed it being very early there, and I've emailed my agent but of course she isn't in the office yet either.
I'm having a panic because I want to eat at Ohana's lol!! So silly really! I mean I'm not even sure this dining plan is a good deal, still need to do the numbers again . Anyway can anyone shed some light on what I'm doing wrong? Thank you!

If it recognises you, then I think there could be a problem with the dates.
Is it 180 days until the start of your holiday?
Just some people get the day wrong or add the extra 10 and try and book at 190 days in advance.

I got in and made them all now yay !!! I wonder if I was just to early being overseas? Anyway my confirmation number was correct after all, could be I just made an mistake somewhere too but it's done now, I got everything I wanted too. Of course as I was making the last one, for San Angel Inn I was already thinking...hmmm wouldn't Chef's de France be better lol?

yay glad to hear you got them sorted.
I think you may just have been a bit early, cant remember what time you can book them in the UK.

Im not one for changing ADR's after Ive booked them. Although I want to try Chef's De France

Im sure youll have some great meals.

Chef's does have great food plus that little Remy animatronic is amazing, when they wheel him out. I also like the restaurant with the windows facing the WS. Lovely ! I hope you get to try it sometime!
