Help with building layout for POR

Friends of mine are honeymooning with their kids at POR and have never been there before. They were told when they called that the only building that houses a family of 5 is the Acadian Building because it has the trundle beds. Anyone know if this is true or if they would be able to stay at another building? Thanks!!!

BUMP! I would love to know also. We are a family of 5 and I planned on asking for building 14 or 15 as advised from earlier posts. If there is only 1 building with a trundle, then no need to waste a request!

I think they need to call back. This is not correct. The Acadian building is part of the Mansions which do not have trundle beds (unless they just put them in).

The trundle beds are POR are in the Alligator Bayou buildings.

The mansions do not have trundle beds, only the AB section has them.
AB is my favorite part.

I think that they are just confusing the initials "AB." "AB," when used here means "Alligator Bayou" section of POR--not "Acadian Building," which is a building in the Mansion section of POR.

Alligator Bayou has some rooms with trundle beds, not Acadian....as I understand it.

I agree - we were in bldg 14 Alligator Bayou and there was a trundle bed in the room although we didn't use it. None in the mansions.
