Help with BLT add-on

Ok, I have another question, or better yet would like your opinions.

I have the money to purchase an add-on at BLT, been saving since they starting construction. I figured that I really only need 60 pts, with banking and borrowing. My DH says go ahead and purchase since I have the money. He's very easy going that way. Unfortunately, he's not a Disney fan, I can get him to travel to Disney about every 2 - 3 years, the other trips I take are with my sister and her DDs. Here's my problem, I've decided to move forward and add-on, should I just purchase 60pts and not get any incentives or should I purchase 100pts and have it split into 2 contracts of 60 and 40 in order to get the incentives. I'm guessing I'll still get the incentives if I do two contracts that total 100pts. We don't really need the DP, so I would probably rent those out. Plus, next winter, I would probably reconsider my BLT contracts and maybe sell the 40pt contract keeping the 60pt contract. I realize I have till Jan 14th to make my mind up before the add-on goes up to 100pts. What should I do purchased 60pts without incentives or purchase the 100pts with incentives?

The only incentive I see is the DP which you don't really need. Why would you buy and then plan to sell one of the contracts next year after going through with the hassle of a purchase and risk of taking a loss on the purchase????? If you think you are going to, and don't need the DP, maybe just add on 60.

for a $5 discount - it is not worth the hassle.

now to get the MK view - 87 points for a studio - might just kept the 100 points.

60 points for a studio - of course that is every year.

After lots of thinking and charting how many pts I would need to make reservations different times of year, I've decided to add-on with 100pts, but will still split the contract into 2 smaller pt contracts. This way we can sell one of the contracts at a later date when our kids stop traveling with us. With this said, right now I can enjoy the whole 100pts and reserve the MK view when staying at BLT.
