Hi. I am not sure if I am posting this in the right place, please move it if I am not.

I ended up getting a PIN Code and changing my room. Disney owed me a credit on my credit card. To complicate matters, I had paid with several different methods.

Well, this was on June 26 & there is still no sign of a credit on the credit card. I called the reservation number earlier this week and she said that it showed on her end the credit was put through. Just wait a couple of days for it to show on your credit card.

Anyway, I was wondering what others experience was on time frame for a credit? Should I wait longer. Does anyone have a number to call for Accounting.

TIA

Sue

I also did the same thing you did, and all of the money was put on the last card I used and it took about 2 weeks for the money to be funded to my account.

I had to call my CC company and after they did some research, it still took 5 weeks. Disney told me "No more than 1 billing cycle"

It took anywhere from 10 days to 2 wks before I saw the credit to my account. I even called Disney to check and they said it was refunded and it was, but it took some time to show up in my acct.

Thanks for the responses! I'll relax for a little while. (Just as my DH suggested I should)

Who is your credit card with?

Some credit card compaines seem to take A LONG time (the legal limit?) to process a refund. MBNA/BofA is especially bad!!!!

They tell you it could take 1 to 2 billing cycles for it to show up. For most people it shows up before that.
