We need some suggestions for a room request staying at Beach Club Villas in a studio room for two adults. Thank you for your help! :worship:

It really depends on what you want - and you might not get your request anyway.

There are villas that look towards Epcot - some higher ones have some kind of view of the higher fireworks. There are villas that overlook the pool and canal area at BCV. I suppose there must be some that look toward trees & the road more than Epcot.

Do you care about a view? Or would you rather have a particular floor or close to the elevator or close to the parking lot?

We were in a studio this past September. We had a view of the parking lot to our right and the pool to our left. We were on the second floor and far down the hall. I have pictures of the room in my trip report. The link is in my signature.

Try this site for room views and floor plans:

The parking lot is located across the canal from the BCVs. And by looking at the floorplan, you'll see which sides have views of Epcot (over the trees). Personally, I avoid first-floor units because you don't have a balcony, and there is a lot of foot-traffic that can look into your unit.

AND remember -- studios don't have washers/dryers. So I found it very convenient to be near (but not next to) the laundry room.

Personally I love the BCV but I don't believe that there are any spectacular views like at some other properties. The building is behind the BC itself, so there are no real water views or views of SAB.
We love to overlook the canal or pool. However, there is a service road behind the canal, and that bothers some folks. Some prefer the quiet of a woods view.
Last week we had requested a higher floor canal view. We received a villa on the 5th (top) floor overlooking the Dunes Cove pool and we loved it.
Have a great trip

I just returned from my 10th stay at BCV, all studios. For convenience to laundry, elevator, and a (for BCV) great Illuminations view, you can't beat #422. But the location isn't terribly quiet and the balcony is pretty small (OK for 2 people though). For real quiet, any room ending in -43. For great people watching, I loved #305, but you can't see Illuminations at all. Just be careful with requests-once I requested a specific room, a room in that area, then the view. They gave me not even the view I wanted and insisted they had nothing with that view. They tried to give me a HA unit, and when I refused it, voila, my view mysteriously appeared. So I learned the hard way to keep requests as general as possible.

We had room # 463 a few years ago and it was a great studio room. It had a double balcony because it was next to a stairwell and we got a view of the fireworks every night (very loud fireworks).

We had this room for 9 nights the first of this month. It was great! At first it did seem like a bit of a walk to the main elevators to go to the BC or to Stormalong Bay. But I LOVED the extra long balcony! And we could see Illuminations every night. We also learned that by leaning over slightly & looking to the left, we could see the MK fireworks! This studio is also located across the hall from the other elevator, which was very convenient on the days we needed to catch a bus.

I would suggest requesting a room near the lobby arround 423, 424.
In 2007 we had a 2 bedroom at 477. We requested bus transportation to and from that room but it wasn't available at the time.

I don't think any of the views at BCV are so much better than the others that it's worth asking for. But there are big differences in balcony size. BCV has small, larger, and oversized balconies. My BCV request is always "big balcony".

I like the x59 or x61 studios. They face the woods/Epcot and are close to the elevator which leads to the quiet pool.
