Help with Animal Kingdom

I feel like I've got a good grasp of where I am in each park except for Animal Kingdom. Whatever it is I feel like i'm always lost and I feel like I have to walk *forever* to get to anything. On top of that I walk right past attractions because they're not completely in view like in the other parks (can you believe it but it took me several trips before I found Dinosaur). Ugh!

So... How do you guys tour this park?

We just wander around. It is a very confusing park, the paths curve around a lot. We have a good grasp of the park and where our favorite rides are. If not, just grab a map and ask a CM.

Dinosaur isn't too easy to find IMO.

Touring AK will be different now that EE is there. I think I'd go to Dinoland 1st- ride Dinosaur and then go to EE. Grab FP, ride the ride, go to Kali Rapids
go back on EE, See the new Nemo ride, go to Dinoland for the rest of the stuff. Then get a fp for the Safari, go see the Lion King, then its tough to be a bug, go on the safari. In between the fast pass times I go on the the Pagani trail and the other one too.

Before I left I try to go back to EE and ride again ---

BTW, you can get to EE from both Asia and Dinoland.

But the next time I go to the animal kingdom we are going to spend the whole day! We usually leave too early and there are tons of things I've never seen.

Animal Kingdom is my most favorite park! I think that it may be because everything is so spread out...it always seems less crowded than the other parks. And every time I go, I find something new! I love it there! We spend all day: open to close, and are really excited that we can take advantage of EMH this hours year!

We forgot to pick up a show times schedule at AK so we were really lost and missing stuff! -- though the EE thing (FP - get it early) is great ... don't forget to get the times schedule and one of the best things we saw was FLIGHTS OF WONDER -- very very cool! We almost missed it and really didn't know what it was (a show with live birds). Walked right by it once. Missed one trail when we were there -- that's why I have to make a return trip soon!

It WAS alot of walking -- we kept backtracking too!

I don't think the Nemo ride is open yet -- I think they are still digging around it. I don't know much about it but there are other threads with much more info! (Open sometime late Fall 2006)

Sorry, The nemo ride is not a ride its a musical and it isn't open yet. I have it in my brain because we are going in November and it should be open by then. The nemo musical replaces Tarzan Rocks.

There will be a new Nemo ride at the Living Seas in Epcot around November too.

Sorry for the confusion!!
