Help with ADR Planning

I am trying to do some ADR planning, and need some assistance. Everyone here has already been so helpful, so I thought I would pick your brains again.

Day One (Sunday) I planned on doing AK. We will have a second day at AK later in the week. Since there are no good TS options at AK, would it be too much to try to get to EPCOT for LeCellier's that evening? Although I would try Boma at AKL, I know that would be a no-go with my ILs. They are very "traditional" food people (no mexican, chinese, only some italian-so anything more exoctic than that is out). If not LeCelliers, any other suggestions (I have already planned CP, MM Fantasmic Pkg., Ohana's and Coral Reef)? Thanks!!

RFC at AK for TS meal,if you have and do not care for RFC then I would try for LeCelleir.LeCellier is on our must do list each trip to WDW.Love the service and food.They are also opening new TS at AK,Yak&Yeti is the name I think and it opens in October.

This restaurant will be opening in 2007! Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park will have a new Asian inspired full serve restaurant in the Anandapur section this summer. There will also be a counter service option available as well as a retail section featuring sushi ware, teapots and chopsticks.
