Help with adding/changing Guests mid-stay

Long story short, we had a 5 night stay reserved at SSR 1 bdrm for 2/23-2/28 which was to include 3 adults, 1 child and 1 under 3. This is ok from what I understand. Then, I won a trip from the radio last week for a stay that had to be taken at the exact same time. So, in order to get the winnings I had to have a ressie made for myself and our 3 friends at an All Star resort for 2/23-2/26. The husband of the family is traveling as well outside of the contest winnings and will need ME to the resort.
So, what needs to happen is now me + 3 will have ME to All-Star on 2/23 and our friend will be added to our SSR ressie so he can have ME. However, after I want to be added back after the 3 nights so I can be on the right ressie....can we switch guests mid-stay???? TIA!

Yes, call MS you can seperate the reservations and have diff RSVP #s.

As long as the DDP is not involved and you are not over occupancy at any point, you should be OK. The other issue is you cannot be the lead person on both reservations during the overlap but you can be listed on both and lead on one.

My husband is arriving 2 days after my daughter and I arrive, and they allowed me to put him on the reservation for that day and reserve ME. I didn't know he could still take ME - but they said he could. Saved us a little cash. Nice. So - your situation sounds great. Congrats on winning those nights. How cool is that?!
