Oh yeah tips!

Betsy did you tip Rufaro??

Yes..I tipped Rufaro and Adam (the pianist)..just remember to bring it because I left it in the suite and my friend had to run back down after the ceremony and get the envelopes.

The Make-up thing was explained to me like this - they don't OFFER makeup services..If someone is in the salon that can do it, they will..But since it is not managed by Disney, they have no way of knowing until you go into the salon if someone can do it. They also don't have makeup. There was a bride getting her hair done while I was getting my pedicure and she had her mother run back to her room and get her makeup bag and a girl in the salon did it.
Again, they explained it to her that they don't schedule it because of rotation.

What's an appropriate tip? :confused3

I am not really sure..I gave them what I thought was appropriate for the service I got..which was very, very good!!

Adam played our song from sheet music I brought and Rufaro was just AMAZING! She went over and above the call of duty:lovestruc

Oh god - am I the only one who hasn't set up a line-item budget? I don't think I really want to know what we spend beyond the flat cost of the wedding, photographer and our own cabin. :rotfl: It's probably best that way!

I forgot to add in the cost of the alterations on my dress. I am hoping that they won't be more than $200.

It is kind of scary to see it all added up! I try to just get a little bit at a time, so it doesn't hurt as much.

i didn't set up a line item either..what we actually ended up spending, I don't want to know..as long as it was paid for without credit, I was happy

I want to thank everyone for your help and your input. It is very helpful for me personally. I appreciate it very much! I feel more at ease that even if the price to the ceremony does go up for 2010, I will still be able to be a Disney Bride. I will get cracking on my PJ.

Cheers!

Mami
