Help with a Movie Scene

I can't for the LIFE of me rememebr this:

There is a couple eating in a diner and a girl dressed for prom walks by...the female jumps up and steps on a piece of toilet paper the prom girl has attached to her heel to prevent her being embarrassed, then sits back down...I want to say it is Julia Roberts, but I can't remember the movie or the actress...Help..this is making me nutty!

It is the movie with Gweneth Paltrow and Ben Affleck...where her husband is killed in a plane crash, and Ben Affleck's character is supposed to be on the plane...ok I remember....BOUNCE!

I'm glad I could help! I usually call my daughters when I can't remember a movie, one of them has almost 200 DVD's and they both never forget a movie they have seen, I guess they get that from me. There father can watch a movie and swear a week later he has never seen it.

We just watched that movie again a couple of weeks ago...I love that part of this movie, it is so very sweet, it stuck in my head because we talked about how embarrassing it would have been for her, and she never knew someone showed her that act of kindness.
