Help with a JetBlue cancellation

I need to cancel my August 14th flights from Jetblue. Unfortunately because one leg of the trip is with a "partner" airline I am unable to cancel online or with on-line chat.
I am currently on hold with an estimated wait time of 231 minutes.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to cancel without holding for almost 4 hours?
 
You might be able to cancel with the "partner" airline. Otherwise, no. Dangers of booking a codeshare.
 
Honestly, I would try reaching out on twitter to their support team. I've gotten some help that way.

But, that being said, I would still try to do the hold time on the phone. I know it's a pain, but try to just call first thing in AM and keep it on hold while you go about your day. I've waited on hold before with Jetblue while simultaneously doing calls with clients for work LOL

and shoot!!!! I just tried clearing a notification from my phone and I disconnected my call. I'm almost in tears (laughter and crying). Hold time is now 201 minutes

Nooo!! that's the worst! I hope you got connected!
 
They have their message app as well which is also a very long wait time but you may get lucky. Go on that while on hold and see which ups first.
 
Update. I am at 5 hours and 3 minutes of holding. At 3 hours 48 mins a very nice agent answered only to tell me I need a whole new department; and there were only 50 callers ahead of me, so hold time should be an hour. That was 90 minutes ago.

Because its a code share (they are using Silver Airlines for the 2nd leg of the flight) you need to speak with a live agent.
 
Put your cell phone on speaker while you do other things at home. Dishes, laundry, cooking, surfing the Internet, etc. Before you know it, you'll be talking to an agent.
