Help with 1 more TS

We just can't decide. Help!! Our itinerary looks like this:

Day 1 - MK - Citricos for Dinner 5:15
Day 2 - EP - Segway Tour & Le Cellier 1:00
Day 3 - TL - Boma for breakfast then TL then Downtown (I.MUST.have.Ghirdelli)
Day 4 - HS - Il Mulino for dinner (this is our 10th Anniversary), ressie not made yet

We have the dining plan. We are happy to pay oop for Il Miluno, we know it's expensive but we love Italian and want to try it. This is our first kid-free trip.

We don't want to invest in a park hopper, we also don't want another TS on EP day because there are so many other options we want to try. We are open to any ideas you can throw our way, maybe there is something I haven't thought of. We are not big eaters and do not like seafood.

If you want something unique and a little fun at HS then I would try the sci fi diner, we are going to on our trip in October. If you are looking for more then just some burgers, chicken and the sort seems like people like the brown derby. The only other place I have bee in HS is Holly Wood and Vine and I did not have a bad meal but it was just ya know ok.
