Help - why can I buy AP on line

Just trying to order my AP's on line but keep getting the foloowing message



The following requested products are not available online given the billing information you have provided: Annual Pass (Ages 10 and Over). You will have to return to the shopping cart page to remove these from your cart in order to proceed with purchasing the remaining products.

Has anyone else from the UK bought on line or do I have to call?

I've always ordered our APs over the phone direct with Disney with no problems. Call takes only a few minutes and the AP vouchers arrive quite soon after.

Number to call is:

The vouchers you receive (nice illuminous green ones!) are exchanged at guest relations at any park or DTD on you first visit. The year starts from when you exchange the voucher

You can order the DDE card with just the voucher.

Don't think so - might be worth asking though

There is a separate number to call for the DDE card:

You will have to wait until you have the AP vouchers to call.

For DDE you call 00 1 407 566 5858. You will need your AP voucher number as well, so may be able to get this when you call for your AP, if not will have to wait until it arrives in about 6 - 7 days, at the most.

Have to wait to get the DDE card! Paid the hotel balances too - my credit card is about to melt! LOL
