Have any of you ever been charged for using Disney Blast? I just saw a $49.95 charge show up on my credit card and we've never even used the website! I've searched high and low on the website to find some contact information and I can't find anything . . . I don't know if it's just me or if it can't be found.

If anyone has contact info I would greatly appreciate it so I can get these charges removed!

Thanks so much!

I wish I had an answer for you, I can't find the information either. My kids were using the site pretty regularly until this summer. They tried to get on this wkend and can't do anything but the free area. I never got an expiration notice and I can't remember when we subscribed. I can't find an email address to even confirm that we've expired.

I would write the credit card company and explain that the charge is in error. By law the credit card company must remove this charge and investigate.
Make sure you include all the info from your statement such as reference number, amount of charge, date, etc.
You only have something like 60-90 days from the day you receive your statement to dispute any charges so don't hesitate to write to the billing dispute address on the back of your statement.

The phone number should be listed on the line under the charge or at the end of the charge. I had the same thing happen to me and I called and received a credit within about 2 business days.

I just checked my bank statement online the number I called was
877-492-6846.
