Help!!! Which Resort?

Coming back home for the first time in 5 years (yeah, don't ask why it has been sooo long). Can't stay at BCV (home resort), no availabilty. So now have to decide between BWV, VWL or BLT? Will just be myself, DH and DS (9years old). DD (16) will be going to NYC with a school group. Husband is a little worried about not being near ESPN. Need pluses and minuses. Looking for facts that may help us make our decision. Oh, yeah, it is for Spring Break 2010. Thanks for all your input.

If ESPN is still located on the Boardwalk, then go for BWV. If it has relocated by then to Downtown Disney, then try SSR (not on your list).

However, you've already done that immediate area while staying at your home ... so why not use this opportunity to try something completely different? I'd bet the TVs are better at BLT than VWL if keeping on top of sports remains a priority.

There was a very strong rumor going around ... but I can't find any info on current status. It would have allowed the ESPN Club to become a full-fledged ESPN Zone. (Sorry, not that I care ...)

I'd pick BWV if you wanted to make your DH happy regarding ESPN, but my choice would be BLT to try the new resort, but only IF you're getting a 1 bedroom. If you're going with a studio, BLT would be my last choice. I don't like the studio set up.

If you love BCV, stay at BWV. Same area that you already know and love.

not sure what "facts" you are seeking. What's preventing you from making a decision ?

Just thought we would try something different. I know we love the Boardwalk area, but thought we should be a little more adventurous. We are not ones to break out of the usual routine. But, now talking to my daughter am still undecided. You know, don't fix what isn't broken theory. The only reason I didn't choose BLT is that only lake view and standard view were available. Yeah, call me picky, but if I'm staying that close to Cinderella's Castle, I want to be able to say goodnight personally.
