Help! Which number to call in the AM for ADR's???

Hi all -

I'm making ressies in the AM for my SIL - its their 1st trip ever, so I volunteered to make her ADR's for her and help with planning. I am a DVC'er, so used to calling DVC member svcs to make my adr's, not familiar with calling other WDW numbers to make dining ressies. Which number would be best, IYO?

Should I call the CRO # (W-DISNEY #) or call the WDW-DINE #???
