Help - which Mickey M&G should I choose?

Going for a girls trip with my childhood bestie in a couple of weeks. We have just 3 park days but will have hoppers and will visit all 4 parks. This is her first WDW trip. She is not particularly into characters but game for having fun. I've decided to add a Mickey M&G so we can have photos with The Big Cheese himself (we have Memory Maker). This will probably be our only M&G. I've looked over our itinerary and we can easily manage it in any of the 4 parks.

I'm currently thinking of Talking Mickey at Town Square Theater in MK. But now I'm wondering about the new Mickey & Minnie M&G in Hollywood Studios (I like Minnie and I don't have any pics with their classic clothes).

Mickey at the Studios is in his sorcerers costume which is also fun, but different than "classic Mickey."

I'll throw another one in. I really like the Mickey and Minnie meet and greet at AK because you get them both in the same picture. Their Safari outfits are really cute. If you want the classic clothes, then the Epcot Character Connection is the one to choose because you get both of them in their classic clothes by waiting in one line. Unless things have changed, I think Minnie is meeting in a pink formal at HS now, not in her classic outfit.

We loved the one at EPCOT! The character interaction was amazing with our girls. Minnie even insisted on taking a picture with me and my husband without our girls. Goofy and Mickey also would play around with each other giving great candid shots. I am not sure if they do that all the time, but it was great!

I love Sorcerer Mickey in HS. We liked the Mickey and minnie in AK, but we did it when it was Christmas and they had cute holiday sweaters on

I took a closer look - and you're right. Disney had them pictured in their classic outfits in the DHS listing - but when I checked out various blogs, they're Sorcerer Mickey and pink gown Minnie. Hmmm...

Thanks for posting those. In some other things I had seen, it looked like the Mickey at HS was no longer Sorcerer Mickey once he got kicked out of the former animation area to make room for the launch bay. Glad to see the HS Mickey is still of the sorcerer variety. He's my favorite.

They moved sorcerer mickey out of the animation building and into a temporary spot near to tsmm (old jack sparrow experience) still in his sorcerer outfit, and now in this new spot on commissary lane

My vote would be either Epcot or Animal Kingdom. Talking Mickey is ok but nothing spectacular in my opinion. And there is a much better use for FP at Magic Kingdom!!

I'm surprised more people are not voting for the talking Mickey at Magic Kingdom. We really loved it! That would be my vote (maybe using your 4th or 5th fast pass for it).

For the type of trip you describe, I'd go Talking Mickey...........you can do the others too..........but Talking Mickey is so cool!

I was a bit disappointed that it isn't Mickey & Minnie together at Hollywood Studios (the listing made it sound like a joint M&G). I'm angling towards Talking Mickey....might be fun for my friend to see Mickey actually talk!

Just wanted to follow up - we chose Talking Mickey. My friend was not hugely excited when I brought up the meet - but wanted to do it to check it off the list. It turned out to be a big highlight for her!

He was amazing - did a magic trick with us and everything. We got some individual time and a photo all together. It was a fantastic interaction - he was very natural in his conversation with us.

I've seen him before and enjoyed it - but this time he really wow'ed me.

Kids? If so talking Mickey hands down! Otherwise AK for Mickey and Minnie in same pic.

Talking Mickey or AK Mickey and Minnie were my favorites. Epcot was my least favorite.

Talking Mickey us our fave. Especially if only doing one and the person is an adult. Being able to talk to him is cool.

If it were small kids I'd be torn between Talking Mickey and the Mickey, Minnie, Goofy combo at Epcot Character Spot. The interaction at Epcot is really good for not being able to talk but I just think Talking Mickey is so so so cool.
