I recently was given a Cricut Create along with the Mickey Font & Mickey & Friends cartridges....I was looking online at the font cartridges for scrapbooking things other than Disney and there are so many to chose from....so I'd like to ask my fellow Dis Cricut scrappers...which font cartridge do you have that you use the most?

thanks in advance

I can tell you that I don't use Jasmine much. I plan on getting opposites attract because I always use that when I am at my LLS. I have one at home that I do use a lot, by I'm blanking on the name right now.

If I could only own one cartridge it would be Alphalicious. It is hands down my favorite. Opposites Attract, Learning Curve and Mickey Font are my other standbys.

I use Mickey font the most, but I also like Opposites attract because you have the cursive version of the letters, but there is also an upright function. I also like Zooballoo because you have the option of putting the animals with the letters.

I always seem to be drawn toward plantin schoolbook. I don't know why but it is the one I use the most

The one font cartridge I reach for time and time again is Opposites Attract.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions....I will check them out on the weekend when I stop at Michaels.

The three others have mentioned are my go to carts - Opposites, Alphalicious, Mickey font plus the plantin school book for more traditional pages. My gf swears by Lyrical Letters because there are so many options.

I find I use Jasmine a lot more than I use too...
I utilize the paper saver button that helps not wasting paper... I usually only use the shadow key also... I use it a lot w/ smaller font sizes..

I use George alot (might have to buy it on eBay, I don't recall seeing it out)...

What other do I utilize.. I use Learning Curve and Tear Drop.

I use Don Juan alot. You can only get it in a bundle or cricut rewards. I have an extra if interested. I also like Sesame Street Font and use George ALOT, eventhough its not a font cartridge. I like Opposites Attract also. It was one of the first fonts I bought.

Mickey font is a good chunky boy-type font, if you have boys. A couple good basic fonts are Base Camp and Plantin Schoolbook. If you have girls, Alphalicious is good.

One thing you can do when looking at cartridges is see which ones have more than one font, or a font and shapes combined, such as Zooballoo, which has a font and some really cute animals, if you have young ones at home this is a popular one.

Storybook is a great fancy font that has tons of flourishes and stuff.

Jasmine doesn't get used much in this house - I only use it for the photo corners.

Thanks for the offer...I got the Don Juan font with the Create...

I went to Michaels oday and our location didn't have a lot...I found out they were on sale a few weeks back and they haven't replenished there stock yet...

based on the suggestions given...I am going to check out the Alphalicious and Opposites Attract fonts.

Hi. I use StoryBook all the time but would love to buy the one that does purses ect. I hope when we hit the states christmas shopping Nov.24, there will be some great deals on cartriges.

I used George alot when I first started but now I really like Learning Curve and the font on Life's a Beach. I have a tendency to jig jag my letters and sometimes learning curve is too straight.

You have an extra Don Juan? I might be interested...

I use storybook more than any of the others I have. I also like teardrop though I know many other people don't.

The font cartridge I've actually used the most is Keystone. Wasn't expecting that to be the case at all, but it's very useful for when you want clear, basic letters. I've found I've used it for so much beyond scrapbooking too. Just the other day I made sashes for the youth group I'm in that had the organization's name ironed on across them. All the letters were cut out from using the Keystone cartridge and they turned out awesome...people could even read the sashes from a distance.

The year I got my machine they had them on sale for Black Friday at both Walmart and Michael's (Michaels had the accesory pack included and Walmart had the Keystone cartridge). I went to Michael's first and they were out of them, but Walmart still had a bunch. So glad it worked out that way.

I'm pretty sure you're not able to purchase that cartridge, but I think you can get it with rewards points. I think it's worth the points. But that may just be me.

I use Cuttin' Up a lot for kid stuff. And I really like Lyrical Letters since it has 7 fonts total on it. The one bummer is that it doesn't do shadow for any of the fonts.
