Help-where to stay??

Yes but Saratoga and old key west have lots of January availability. DVC can be booked last minute. It is worth the enquiry. I just booked DVC at two weeks notice for a week. No split stay.

They have availability sometimes. My friend is trying to use her own points on anything in December and is having a dickens of a time booking. I would not bank on being able to book anything on Marathon weekend.

Grandparents know that they will share room with kids. They don't care. Last time we had two adjoining rooms and one kid always slept with them. Now we have another kid..lol..and she's only 18 months so we just want to make sure we can fit a pack n play in possibly an area that's closed off for when she sleeps. I have been reading on David's and it's quite helpful!

This! I am a Nana and this would be how we rolled. We requested connecting rooms and my DGD went back and forth between rooms, but always slept I our room.

Under your circumstance I would look for two rooms and if you can find a good BB offer, I would look at POFQ or POR. I do nto see the ages of the kids, but little ones would love POFQ pool, and it is a compact resort without a lot of walking. The water taxi can take you all to DS or POR, so you have that convenience.
