It will be me,DH,DBIL,DSIL.I already have ADR for LeCellier,Ohana,Brown Derby.
So that will be quite expensive for them already.

So where would you eat the first night?

We always eat at Chef Mickeys the first night, it has become a tradition with us. Since you already have two of my favorites, LeCellier and Ohanas, the best value on property, and the food is excellent too, is Trails End buffet at Fort Wilderness. Another suggestion would be the Kona, it is fairly reasonable and good food.

What park will be in at dinnertime? We are going to DTD first night and having dinner at HOB.

If you are looking for non-park cheaper food, the Earl of Sandwich at DTD was great!!

earl of sandwich in DTD would be a great choice too. the portions are large and could be easily shared. maybe just staying at your resort and eating there. good luck! :earboy2:

After a long day traveling with 3 wonderful children we usually head for DTD and eat at the rain forest cafe. Call it an early evening and are bright and chipper to start fresh the next day.

Our new first night tradition is to eat at Marakesh! The food is excellent. If you go try the mint iced tea.. yum :) It's a really nice experience.

Do you have park tickets that first day? If so, where are you going? If you don't have park tickets, DTD is nice with a variety of options. Chef Mickeys is fun, but might not be your thing if it is just adults. Or how about someplace on the Boardwalk?
