HELP! Where Do I start?!

Well I had all these grand plans of taking all the AMAZING gifts and talents of the DISigners with on our trip (POR 12/3-12/12) but then got swamped with work and now feel I am going to have to leave the extra magical touches behind. BUT I JUST CAN'T GIVE UP? IS THERE STILL TIME?

Can someone break it down for me on how to keep it simple but special, or Point me it the right direction on how to get started?
We have 4 children

Kennedy (Girl) is 11 and likes Tinkerbell but starting to feel she is getting to big for characters
Matayia (Girl) Turns 6 while at WDW!!! in Love w/Rapunzel and all things Princess
Malachi (Boy) Loves Toy Story, Pirates and Dinosaurs
Toby (Boy) Loves Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh!

We have FDD and have booked Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, CRT for character meals (and T-Rex)

We have the B-day girl scheduled for BBB and our toddler for Harmony Barber shop and we just decided to throw in MVMCP

Any ideas of what I can do to just get the creative flow started?

You still have plenty of time. If you sit down and decide what you would like, and describe it pretty well in a request that includes details as well as your deadline, you should be able to get stuff done (like invites, or tickets or tshirts, etc.)
Best of luck!

Best way to start my creative juices is to look in the photobuckets of the various DISigners. See what they've got that you like and work from there.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the encourging words! I took your advice and started sorting through the photobuckets of the DISigners. Still a little overwhelmed with sorting through all of the amazing ideas. Trying to get a grip on ideas of things we really need (Invites, autograph cards, welcome letters and tags for gift baskets) the the others will be bonus,lol!

I will just add a little warmth on this post too. You have def still have time. Make sure that you ask the DISigner if this is too soon for them. I also think that an easy place to start is with the Meet the DISigners thread. It has all of the current DISigners and their photo sharing accounts and threads in the same place. TO make you feel a little better, we are going the same dates and I am on here today looking still and I have 13 children to prepare for

Thanks for the warmth! In this part of the country we crave warmth Thank God for Disney trips in Dec!!! 13 KIDS to prep for?! Wow! So I should quit worrying then,lol. I have been checking the Meet the DISign thread and I have even put my hand to designing a few things myself thinking it might save me some time and save some of the DISigners from being bombarded!
I have made our Dining Punch Card and I am thrilled with the way it turned out. I made the kids a countdown calendar yesterday so they can countdown these last two weeks. And now I am looking for the welcome letters and Invites for Restaurants as well as the few special events we are taking. I'm saving the journals and autographs for last. I thought if I run out of time I will just go back to the card stock Mickey shaped heads I cut out last year on my "Cricut" Thanks again for all the words of wisdom!!
