HELP... Where can I get "It's My Birthday Today" pin at Epcot

We will be at Epcot on my DS10's birthday. Does anyone know where in Epcot we can get the "It's My Birthday Today" pin???

Just go to the guest relations window right outside the entrance to the park. That's where I got my anniversary button when I was there in Feb.
