I see a little bit of a Disney in everything

I do know that we are going on a big family trip to Disney in January 2006 and I assumed from reading the boards that the second week would be best for low crowds, but needed yalls' opinion. Is it too cold to do water parks at that time? Also, does anyone know or have the calendar of the early entries and e nights that they did have on this site back in January? Currently it only has March, April and May in detail and I wasn't thinking back in January when I could had printed it out back then. Thanks!
