Hi all, DW, DS2 and myself leave in a little over a month for WDW (8-13 to 8-20). I need to know what I should pack besides clothes and of course the camera. We are flying down, plan on bringing the stroller and are staying at the CBR. I saw a thread earlier today talking about the neck cooler things, those look pretty good and I might have to get me some of those.

Also, what can I bring into the park? We have a bag/cooler that would fit under our stroller and I was thinking about bringing water and pop in it but not sure what we are allowed to bring into the park besides ourselves and my wallet.

Don't forget sunscreen!

We brought a backpack to the parks every day (it was January, so not as warm). We packed water, snacks, sunscreen, extra camera batteries, and ibuprofen. We had to go through the bag search line to get in, but that wasn't really all that bad.

Have a great trip!

We will be at WDW the first week of Aug. We go the same time each trip and the one thing we always bring is a personal battery operated fan that you hang around your neck. This year I had to buy new ones because ours broke last year and I got them at the Disney store for $2.99 on sale. You can also buy them at Walmart and some drug stores. They really keep you cool standing in line.

We also take a backpack with snacks, water, and juice boxes. They usually get us through the moring without having to buy anything. I miss the days that I took a stroller. It was easier to put the backpack on the back of it than carry it. I would rather have a little discomfort and save some money.

I hope you have a great trip!!

Yep, I picked some up the other day. They're pretty peppy little fans too for using only AA batteries.

Do you live near a Dollar Tree store? I highly suggest their 2 for $1 rain ponchos.

Take copies of the backs of your park tickets incase you lose your ticket. The front desk at your hotel will do this for you if you need them too. That way you can get them replaced for free.

Pack a few band-aids for possible blisters.

Hi. I always bring a few Dawn Wash & Tosses...or similar product by a different brand. They're the things with the dish detergent and the cloth all in one. This way there can be no messy detergent spills, but I can clean out refillable mugs. :mickeybar
