Epcot stroytellers, we all really enjoyed it. Every country in the World Showcase has a holiday story of some sort. Unless they change the stories every year out favs were Norway and America.
Going to all the resorts to check out the decorations. If you only have time for 1 I would do GF or BC. Both have gingerbread houses.
Watch the castle lighting ceremony at Magic Kingdom...I cry every time I watch it! It's done in such a pretty way, and everyone just stares...it's amazing.
Also, if you like them, you can get cinnamon roasted almonds, or roasted chestnuts, from MK...they have stands around the hub by the castle and I love nibbling on them, watching the parade or the shows!
Definitely the Candlelight Processional at EPCOT, the Osbourne Lights @ HS, the Gingerbread House @ the GF, the Christmas tree in the Wilderness Lodge & AKL Lobbies, the Santa storytellers at EPCOT, the lighting of the Christmas tree at EPCOT (happens each evening)
When you are at Magic Kingdom, take the Monorail and tour the resorts on the route for the Christmas decorations. Fun! I also third or fourth the Osbourne lights (the snow makes me cry) and the Christmas tree lighting at MK.
Oh, and if you are there for an evening of Mickeys Very Merry Christmas party, it is certainly worth it! Have fun

I second, third, and fourth all the thinsg said above. The Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights has a 3D part added to it this year so it should be extra amazing now.
