Help! What are the "Documents"???

OK, this is probably a dumb question. I've seen several posts talking about whether or not people's "documents" had arrived. For example, I saw a post asking if people leaving around mid-May had received their "documents" yet. We're leaving May 9, and I didn't even know I'd be getting documents (I booked through a AAA travel agent). What should I be looking for, and should I be calling my travel agent to ask about the whereabouts of MY documents?? Thanks!!

I booked through Costco, and I'll expect to receive my tickets (or vouchers for tickets, I'm not totally clear on that), and other things like that...

I think most of them are usually referring to their Magical Express documents.

We booked through AAA for our April 28th trip. Just got our packet on April
9th. Inside it had our luggage tags, AAA Diamond discount card, AAA Diamond parking pass, the Planet Hollywood, mini golf and sea racer discount coupons, itenerary, Magic Express vouchers/ info/ luggage tags. We had already booked Magic Express ourselves as soon as we got our air lined up. Our AAA travel agent would have made those for us. Hope that helps Have a great trip!

I called my travel agent today because we had not heard from her yet and we leave April 30th. She said all she had received were the ME tags and that it took her about 45 minutes to get through to disneyand they are having computer problems, but they would be resending my documents today. I hope they get here in time!!!

OK dumb question. We book our May 13th trip through AAA.


Do we have to make the Magical Express res. or will AAA do that or do we have to specifically ask for AAA to do it?????

You can make your ressies or your travel agent can make them for you. You will need reservations. They will also give you the pick up time for your last day.

We go May 14th and went through AAA... she called me lastnight and said that she had our luggage tags (as soon as I booked our flight I gave her a call and she set that up for us, we didn't have her book the flight because it would have cost us $10 per ticket more) and that she would send them out on Monday. She said that she also had autograph books for the kids. So I am looking forward to seeing what all we get!

When I asked about tickets she said that we don't get actual tickets. She said that it will be on our room key, all the info that we need will be on there. Is this true???????????????

Our document packet did not have any "tickets" per se, but the vouchers were in there as I mentioned above. I do know that your EMH pass and DDP will be on your key.

Thanks, I guess I will just have to see what all she mails and then if I have any questions call her......... or........... ask here!! She said that she was mailing things out on Monday so I should have it on Tuesday or Wednesday and then I can see what all is really in there!
