Help! What am I looking for??? (property tax records)

We are planning on renting Mickey's Getaway. I found their records, but don't know what I'm supposed to look for. Can anyone help?

You need to see if their property taxes are up to date but bear in mind if they have a mortgage they may be paid by the mortgage company .It is more important to check the official records site -this will show any outstanding liens or court cases against them.
