Help!- We can't get a res for our fav POFQ

Can anyone out there answer my question. We visited Disneyworld for our first time last Dec. 28-Jan 1. We stayed at The French Quarter and loved it. We phoned this week to inquire about res there for the same dates and they are telling us the only moderate available is Coronado Springs. We didn't book last year until late October. Should we hold out and perhaps something will come available. We are from small town Nova Scotia, Canada and need some advise. Thank you.

Checking online, all that is available for the mods are King bed rooms at CBR and POR or a suite at CSR. I would book something before there is nothing left and then keep calling to check for cancellations.

Very popular time of year. Resorts tend to be booked solid.

I agree that you should book something but then keep trying for what you really want. Have you checked with a travel agent. There may be some blocks of rooms out there somewhere. Could you do a deluxe? We are staying at POR and WL next summer. Our room at WL is only $50 more a night than the moderate. Good Luck!
