HELP! We are trying to plan a trip for graduating seniors.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to go about planning a trip for a small group (15 students, 10 chaperones and 3 families) of graduating seniors, chaperones, parents and some families please help me out. We need air transportation, ground transportation, rooms, tickets and meals. Everyone wants to pay separately (cash and credit), no one wants to be responsible for signing a contract and the school will not sponsor it because it is not educational.

Why not contact a travel agent? They can handle all the details and you can refer everyone to them with questions/money, etc.
