Help wanted to identify old Mary Poppins pin

Any help to identify this old Mary Poppins pin would be highly appreciated.

So far I’ve only found one source, but would like to have more information if possible.
Source says that this kind of pin were given for vip and press guests at the 1964 premiere shows but so far I haven’t been able to verify this.
Can't link the source urls here, but googling for: worthpoint rare disney mary poppins pin leads to page where it says the premiere and other stuff. And from ebay the pin can be also found, but that's just one item.

So, for pin collectors, those are usually considered brooches, due to the clasp back.

But, other than that, no idea
