help w/ bday celebration

hi I asked this question before but then it was moved to the cake thread and its so long that it was impossible to get thru it and find if anyone responded to me.


we're going to have dinner at crystal palace, i wanted to know if I order a cake will they deliver it there, i know they also have cakes ready made-- does crystal palace have these ready made cakes and if so do they run out quickly or do they pretty much stay well supplied with them.

Will definitely deliver custom made cakes - we did this in Feb 2009. Also got option of ready made cake when we phoned the cake hotline so they must do that too. Not sure if they do the pirate and princess tray cake boxes but seem to think they do.

Got the option of size of cake ($75ish was the cheapest to custome) in either choc, vanilla or marble sponge (we had marble). Choc or buttercream filling, no fresh fruit option etc as at GF. Chose a Mickey and friends screen printed topper and left the rest to them.

My photos seem to be too many megapixels to post but the cake was huge - far too big and we left much for the servers. They boxed up the rest and we collected it after Wishes fireworks. It was a really nice cake and such a great surprise for DS.
