Help Virgin Points advice needed

I have had a VA credit card for 2 months, with the offer of 2000 miles if you used it before September.

Well just checked my points online and they have not added my points or the points i had collected.

I can not find them anywhere, not on the Atlantic site or the Money site.

Where do i find/locate them, and how do i get them onto my flying account.

You can phone up the flying club and they will add them on
the number is
