I was in a similiar situation. Lat from the boards posted a few weeks ago about Give Kids the World. (www.gktw.org) They send terminally ill children to Disney. Generally they stay offsite in the GKTW village but are thrilled to get donations for a night stay here and there. MS still has Jan. availability (as I just reserved a GKTW studio yesterday for next week). If you can't find a renter it is a wonderful thing to do for others as well as tax write off.

In addition to Sandy's great suggestion, you may want to repost your availability on the DVC Rent/Trade Board, as that is the best location for listing a desire to rent DVC points.
