How strange we booked the day after you and we are still waiting for ours

It's turned up at last the stupid postman put it in the wrong street!! Thank goodness the family who received it brought it around this evening

Thank you for your reply - I think I'll have to contact Virgin on this one - don't want to be going to the meeting to collect park tickets - my 8 year old son has autism and wouldn't be able to cope with hanging around at a meeting.

My son has Autism too Chris, he wouldn't have the patience for this either, although he is improving with things like this.

Not being nosy or anything but you do know you can get GAC (Guest Assistance Cards) from Disney and Universal that would help you when touring the parks?

Thnaks for your reply - yes we will get a GAC - had one on previous occassions. We will do the usual try and manage as far as poss without and save it for the bad days (hopefully none).

Joe (our son) seems to cope well with queuing when he can understand what is at the end of it - but a welcome meeting - we'd last about 2 minutes.

I think Disney is a wonderful place for our children - I know Joe comes on developmental so much while he is there.

I agree fully Chris, we only use them when we really need to. Josh is similar he will be patient in a queue when he understands it's a ride or attraction he is familiar with.
It is nice to have them just in case.

Sounds like Joe and Josh like the same things.
