Where: need help!
We're down to BWI Conc, BWI 1br villa, GF lodge Conc or the old stand by Poly LV Conc :)

DH is perfectly content at the Poly for every trip. I thought it might be fun to shake things up a bit. I also like the idea of washer/dryer.
HELP!!!

If you want to try something different, heading over to the Epcot/MGM area would be a great idea. I think you'd really enjoy spreading out in a one-bedroom at either the BWV (not the Inn....they don't have 1 bedrooms) or the new villas at the BC. The only thing to keep in mind is that the beds will be the king in the master bedroom and a fold-out sofa in the living room area (that connects to the kitchen as well). There is also a portacrib in the closet. Just something to consider with your small children.

If you want to stay in the MK area, I'd go for the GF for a change of pace.

Our favs are the Epcot resorts but we tend to spend most of our time there. With your little ones I'd go to the GF for a change of pace also/ The poly is a great place but I see from your post that you've been there a lot. Shake things up a little.

We love to stay on the Epcot side.. but we do not have small children.. I think with small children, the MK side is the best...and GF is incredible.. Even we do not stay there, we always go over for breakfast or lunch.. just a lovely resort... beautifully decorated.. Good luck with your decision..

The 1 BR at BWV or BCV would be very nice because of the extra room, the kitchen for drinks and snacks for the kids and the ability to put the kids to bed in a seperate room while the adults have the master bedroom and jacuzzi tub to themselves, LOL! But remember, if you are planning to spend most of your time at MK, transportation from these resorts is bus unless you go through Epcot and take the monorail to TTC and MK but that is a distance. We never have a problem with MK transportation but it is not as easy as being at a monorail resort. We love the Epcot resort area and find it more centrally located to all areas of WDW then the MK resorts. Enjoy your trip wherever you stay!

I would go with BWV-1 bdrm. Lots of room

We like to stay at different places.

Especially with BWV being an Epcot resort
:D

I also vote for the 1-BR at Boardwalk. Main reason-laundry facilities right in your room! Two kids can produce a heaping load of laundry. Another reason-the VCR for the kids to watch Disney movies. When DS#2 was 4 yo, all he wanted to do was "go back to our village and watch TV". Yes, he enjoyed the theme parks-for a while-then he was ready to curl up in front of the TV and the Disney movies.

We first visited WDW in Feb. 2000 (dw, dd-10, ds-8) and at that time we were quite certain that this was to be a once in a lifetime chance to make this trip. So, we decided to pull out all the stops and stay at the GF.
We imagined that since this was the flagship property it would be incredible...it was more than this, it became such a large part of our Disney experience that we soon realized that we had to return, as much for the the pure joy of WDW as for the incredible magnificience of the GF. We returned in Jan. of 2002 and will be returning on New Years Day of 2003.
The new pool is great and I'm sure your children will love it. The quick trip to MK by monorail is terrific and the boat ride from MK to GF is convenient and relaxing. The closeness to MK makes afternoon down-time easy. The laundry facilities should be adequate (although dw seems to pack like we're never going to return home).
Best of luck with your decision. I don't think you could go wrong if you were to choose the GF. :)

When given a choice, I would choose the one bedroom villa every time...I like the washer and dryer also...and the full size fridge.

Enjoy!
