Hi guys,
We have 3 options to pick from...we decided we want to be on the monorail narrowed that part down. We went on tour back in May and love GF like most. We were able to get 50 pts to GF...if we want any more we have to pick another hotel we have not closed on it yet...We decided to look resale
this is what we found
1. Go with 100 points Bay Lake a lot cheaper $110. no points till 2017
2. Go with 70 points GF $138. point same thing no points till 2017
3. Buy direct 50 points GF and 25 Poly
includes 2014 points $170-$165.

We need to be able to stay in a studio that sleeps 5 or maybe a 1br.
Please help us choose?!?

If it was me I would wait until there was a better re-sale contract available, they come up all the time you just need to watch out for the right one.

Of those 3 it'd be the BLT stipulating that seller paid the dues for 2016 and the dues for 2017 prorated for the amount of the year that's not available which is the way DVC would charge the dues. I'd also offer a little less than 110, likely $100 pp and to split closing.

There is no way that's the best three options available. Keep looking.

If you do go direct I wouldn't split 2 resorts like that with that small amount of points. You will want to pool your points together at 11 months more than you think and you don't want to be locked into a split stay every single trip.

There are much better options out there than that right jow. Check the resale search site.
