Help! Unused Plus Options on old PHP's

I've searched & searched & can't find an answer to this.....

We have 2 (Ad) 6-Day PHP's and have used everything except for the plusses, so each ticket has 3 plusses left.

We will not use these & I was wondering if they can be redeemed at WDW towards the purchase of other passes.....

Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated!

I have read many times that the answer is no, you can not redeem plusses for any money off of new passes. Why will you never use them? We do not like WWoS or PI, but we do like WPs on our warm weather trips. We have old passes with plusses too, we will just buy new passes without the plusses and use the plussses when we want to for WPs. Anyone else with any differing info???

I figured that there's nothing that I can do with them. We don't go to PI or WWS & I can't even bring myself to go to the Water Parks ever since reading the poo-poo thread.....
