HELP-Universal Celebrate the four Hogwarts Light Show- Time and Seating

Just looking for some information on USH Celebrate the four Hogwarts light show. Does anybody know what time it starts? I can't find it on the site.

What about seating? Any tips on getting good seats? How early do we need to look for seats?

This is our first trip to Universal Studio and my DD is a huge Harry Potter fan!
