HELP Trying to solve lag problem what is this

Ok I thought I would uninstall shockwave which I did. And went to install it again and keep getting this

This application requires an Xtra (flashmovie...) that either does not exist or failed to intialize properly. Please make sure appropriate Atras are in Xtra Folder(s)

Will not let me install shockwave. I am able to get into VMK so what gives thanks.

I dont know about the issue you are having but I had trouble with the Adobe site yesterday. After having so many problems dc-ing and crashing out of games I thought I should uninstall and reinstall flash and shock. I went right to the Adobe site and not through control panel. I did the uninstall for flash and it worked fine. I clicked the link for the shockwave uninstaller and it reinstalled flash. I could not get it to uninstall shock. Every time I would click the uninstall I would get the screen to install flash.
