Help!-Tried to book Romance at Sea package...

with DCL, and was told that:

1. I could not make my Palo's reservation now, that I had to wait until we got on the ship,

2. Same for spa reservation, champagne breakfast, and dining rotation request.


Any tips? Did you book via your travel agent? We booked via Costco, so maybe this is why I cannot do this.

They will call us the week prior for our Palo's choice, and the other reservations we can do onboard the first day with a priority since we have the package.
