We were on the transatlantic cruise in May from Miami to Barcelona on the Disney Dream and have been happily back home in the UK since the debarkation date. This morning we received an email from US Customs telling us we only had 10 days left to leave the US and we’re at risk of overstaying our visa. We followed the link, and sure enough, there is nothing about our exit on the ship.

Are any other Europeans having this problem? What can we do?

Yup, everyone on the transatlantic and some Alaska cruises.

The thread is here:

We also have a facebook group to discuss issues, but there is not a lot you can do. Besides email DCL, who says they did everything correctly. Send in your details to CBP and then keep calling.

One in our facebook group has already flown to the US from Dublin and it seemed she didn't encounter any problems. So probably somewhere in a system it is updated correctly, but not all.
