HELP! trading in myw ticket

if i use a myw ticket feb. 1,2006 and trade it on feb. 7, 2006 what is my exp. date for the AP is it feb. 7, 2007 or feb. 1, 2007.
i thought i read that you get the date that you traded it in.

You will get the full gate price of the MYW ticket applied to the price of your AP but the anniversary date will be backdated to the first day that the MYW ticket was used. In your case, that would be Feb. 1.

In the situation you describe, your AP would expire on February 1, 2007. It is back dated to the first use of the MYW ticket when the MYW is upgraded (entire purchase price cresited towards the AP).

Oh, I just thought of another caveat. If you have a MYW pass with Magic Plus options on it, you will only be able to upgrade to a PAP (not an AP), even if you haven't used any of the pluses yet.
