Ok i'll get right to it! Sept 15-23. We will be going to WDW for 4 days and then we leave for a 4 day cruise.

1) Has anyone ever stayed in stateroom 6105?
2) We will be arriving the night before and getting a hotel, is priceline the best (cheapest) way to go?
3) Should we rent a car to get us around or would a car service (Happy limo) a better deal?
We need the car from: Airport to WDW to Port to Airport.

Sidenote-we won't be leaving the WDW area until the cruise.
This is for our honeymoon so I just want to get as much done prior to getting there so we can let go and enjoy!

So........ PLEASE SEND HELP!!!

I thought of two more...

What is the romance package?

can we ask to change rooms prior to boarding ?

I can only tell you what we are doing this next cruise - The three of us are flying in the night before and used Priceline.com and got Holiday Inn Select at Airport for $40 plus tax. We are using Happy Limo for our airport/port RT at $182.

IF you are staying at WDW until your cruise, why will you need a hotel the night before? A bit confusing here..... You can check with Happy Limo at their website and see what their prices are for airport/WDW/port/airport.

Congratulations and best wishes!

Rae

Ok, let's give this a try:
1) Can't help you there, haven't been yet. Someone else can cover that one.
2 & 3) When you say you're not leaving the WDW area, do you mean WDW property? If so, I'd try for a hotel on-site. That way you'd have WDW transportation to get you around. Not sure if you can get WDW hotels on priceline, but doesn't hurt to try. If you do get on-site, then you definitely won't need a car, but I'd price out both to see which is least expensive. Keep in mind, if you get a rental (depending on the company) you can turn it in at the port before the cruise.
4) Don't have all the details, but you do get priority reservations for your couples massage, and Palo. I'm think there are a few other perks.
5) You can ask about paying for an upgrade at embarkation, but if the ship is full, that won't be available. Book what you'll be happy with, there is always a chance for a pixie dust change of cabin, but don't count on it.

Hope this helps.

We will be flying in from Oregon around 7pm and don't want to waste the money for one night at disney so we are looking for a cheap place to stay before we start at disney the next day.

Now I am unconfused!!!!!
Thanks!!!! I do so agree with you on that point!! You can have your bags put up at the WDW hotel while you enjoy the parks!

Okay, get with priceline.com for a hotel near the airport - you can start with a 4 star and bid until you get a good price (we started at 30 and won the bid at $40).

Lots of choices with transportation - depending on what you want to do and see.

The Romance Plan offered for land/sea is different from the one we are using on our 7 night cruise (REAS - Romantic Escape at Sea - that's $299 and includes Palo reservations, couples massage, turndown service, champagne breakfast and champagne with welcome gift at embarkation).

I love your "secret" wedding! Always nice to be able to get away just two of you! Again, best wishes and thanks for the greeting for my Mom on the other thread!

Hugs,
Rae

Don't waste the time changing hotels on your first day at Disney. You'll have to check out, get to the new hotel, which could mean extra cost if you need to get a taxi (especially if you use Happy Limo from the airport) and then you'll probably need to leave your luggage with the bellman (rooms usually aren't ready til early afternoon). I'd get the extra night and use it to unpack and get comfortable.

We used MurrayHill Transportation at www.transportation2disney.com and they gave us a great rate for our airport- port-WDW-airport trip!! Not only that but they are super nice and very entertaining!

1) Staying in 6103. Parents in 6105 for our May cruise. After then send me a PM and I'll let you know how we liked it.
2)We got a better deal with Hotwire. I suggest checking both.
3)I'd go with the towncar. We're using FLTours. I'll let you know how it went after 5/22
