I have picked up tickets before entering the park at Guest services (just to the left of the DL gates. It didn't take that long (Maybe 10 minutes total including waiting in line). You will need a confirmation number that your TA should have given you, (I would bring a print out or receipt of some kind) and your ID and I'm not sure if you might need the credit card that you paid for them.

The only catch is that you have to be there before Guest Services closes. When I was there it was either 5pm or 6pm. You can always call and check or maybe someone else can confirm. If you are going to Rainforest for dinner, Guest Services is right on your way so it should be no problem.

Good Luck! :goodvibes:thumbsup2

yes, you can pick them up a day ahead of time, I plan on doing the same thing. We arrive very late so no park time, but we plan on getting to the ticket booths once we arrive and check into the hotel.

As far as I know the ticket booths will be staying open later so you can get your tickets and vouchers for meals there. Guest services? never heard of going there before. I have been told ticket booths.

I agree that you might not need to go to Guest Services I entered in the wrong email for our eTickets so I could not print them out, having never received them. I was able to take the receipt and get the tickets from a regular ticket booth the day before we entered the park. There was no line but it took probably 15-20 minutes to actually get the tickets--they didn't offer any explanations as to why it took so long, though.

I would just clarify with the travel agent, where you exchange the vouchers. If it's just a regular ticket booth, I would not worry about it one bit, since you will be arriving the day before. :) The booths should be open until probably an hour before park closing. And even if you do need to go to Guest Services proper, it sounds like you'll still have plenty of time.

Have a great trip!

And when I worked there, if guest services/group sales was closed, the regular booths could help. Imagine if a group arrived after the group sales window closed, they'd still need to be able to pick up their tickets, right? You won't have any problem. Once in awhile the guest services window gets crowded, when people are renewing a/p and such.

Have a great time!

I see many of you are indicating that there is little to no wait at the ticket booths or Guest Services. I'm wondering if that experience is from last year, or this year. Everytime I have been to the park this year, the lines for the ticket booths (and Guest Services) have been super long. This is due to the 'get in free' for your birthday promotion. Those who are having a birthday and want to get into the park free must stand in the ticket booth line and this has really impacted the wait time.

Just a heads up so you can give yourself a little more time than you might otherwise expect to pick up your tickets.

I arrived at the regular ticket booths at 7:30 or 8 PM on Friday, 6/19/2009, and there was absolutely no line (just a bit of a wait for them to process everything).

In the mornings/early afternoons, I am sure the ticket booths are extremely busy. But by the evening, I don't think there are too many people taking the trouble to get in the park free on their birthday for just a few hours.
